Bronnen

Het is prettig om mijn blogs te kunnen onderbouwen met wetenschappelijke artikelen, al besef ik dat niet alles bevestigd kan worden middels RCT’s Meta-analyse’s of Cochrane Review’s. Soms spreken studies elkaar zelfs tegen. Daarom schijf ik de blogs met een mix: ik baseer mijn informatie waar mogelijk op wetenschappelijk bewijs, maar integreer ook mijn eigen empirische bevindingen.
